Austin Sia

A Full-stack Software Developer with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies, and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly websites and mobile apps. Proficient in Next.js, React, TypeScript and React Native, I have developed more than 10 projects across a range of tech stacks and launched my own app, StillGood, on the Google Play Store. Always eager to expand my technical expertise, I will be pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at SIT after completing my National Service.

   Founder & Developer

Designed and developed StillGood, a food waste app, on my own, including the React Native mobile app, a Fastify backend with a Supabase database and the website. Integrated Google's Gemini AI to scan groceries and suggest recipes, and PostHog to understand how users use the app. Launched on the Google Play Store on 26 August 2026.

2. Freelance

   Feb 2026 – May 2026

   Software Developer

Developed websites for paying clients, including the Calibrium online watch store, where I added registration and login, a profile page, checkout with payment, order history, favourites and order confirmation emails.

3. Amber Creative Pte Ltd
