Situation#
Amber Creative is a digital marketing agency in Singapore that provides branding, web development and paid media services. Its own website needed new sections, better visibility on search engines and a way for the team to update the content themselves.
Task#
As a Software Developer Intern, I was responsible for helping to develop and maintain the agency's own website.
Action#
I built responsive UI components with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, and connected the pages to Directus CMS and Storyblok CMS so the team could update them on their own. I also implemented SEO improvements, worked on new features and bug fixes, and optimised the codebase.
Result#
The website now works smoothly across all devices, and the team can update its content without needing a developer.
Tools Used#
- Next.js
- React
- Tailwind CSS
- shadcn/ui
- Framer Motion
- TypeScript
- Directus CMS
